Lincolnshire House is a registered charity based in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, providing residential, day and respite care services for adults with Cerebral Palsy and Similar Disabilities.

We are looking for a Senior Night Care Assistant to join our team.

The role is for 36 hours per week over 4 nights (Mon to Sun 10pm-7am)

Responsibilities to include:

Reporting to: Manager/Registered Manager/Assistant Manager/Senior care officers

Purpose

To take responsibility for the running of Lincolnshire House throughout the night, whilst caring for the residents and undertaking certain domestic duties which can be performed during the night hours.

Main Tasks

1. To take responsibility for the site during the night.

2. To take responsibility for the residents welfare during the night.

3. To be responsible for supervising night care assistants.

4. To liaise with external agencies, including emergency services as required.
