Days & or Night Shifts

Lindum Court provides care and support for up to 24 older people, some of whom may be living with dementia. We are currently looking for kind and compassionate people to join our small and friendly team. Whilst previous experience is useful it is not essential as full training and support will be provided.

Responsibilities Include:

Supporting or providing personal care where required

Ensuring that residents receive support at mealtimes

Maintaining care records

Ensuring that the living environment is maintained to high standards of infection control and cleanliness

Working with team members to provide a dignified, happy, family orientated atmosphere within the home.

 Requirements:

An enhanced DBS

Must be willing to complete mandatory induction and ongoing training

Weekend working on a rota is required. Days consist of early and late shifts

Must have reliable method of transport as the home is set in a village location with limited public transport
