Learning & Development Plan – Registered Managers
Thank you again for those able to attend yesterday’s Learning and Development Planning session for RM’s, it was a good session with lots of feedback generated.
Please find copy Learning Directory attached which we would be most grateful to receive further comments. Please highlight any additions/amendments in a different colour or feedback in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will then collate all contributions.
We also attach a very draft L&D Plan RMs that we unfortunately ran out of time to discuss today which we are also keen to engage with you on and receive feedback. It is an example of what the plan (to which the learning directory will be an appendix) could look like – key headings include: introduction, L&D Plan objective, what is a L&D Plan why do we have one and who is it for, training methods access and delivery, review and monitoring etc.
Please let us have your feedback on both the Learning Directory and Draft L&D Plan by Friday 21 October latest. We will then be in contact to look at a further session to share revised versions and next steps.
