NHS Capacity Tracker Mandatory Window Opens tomorrow 08/08/2024
ASC Provider Data Collection – Advance Notice
The August 2024 ASC Data Collection window opens in Capacity Tracker on Thursday 8th August and closes on Wednesday 14th August.
It is advisable to update before the 14th as the Support Centre receive a high volume of calls on queries on the final day of the ASC mandate collection and may not able to attend to respond.

Ensure you have more than one user to update the system

For Providers from Safeguarding Team when submitting a concern form
Please can you ensure when submitting a concern form no additional documents are emailed. The safeguarding team will make contact with you should they require any further information (for example – care plans, charts and daily records etc).
This is to limit the sharing of information that is not always required.
Please implement this practice immediately.
