NL Active Collective Adult Membership Discount

All care sector workers who are employed by a regulated care provider in either a domiciliary or care home setting in North Lincolnshire are eligible for NL Active’s discounted NL Collective membership.

The NL Collective membership entitles the member to use any NL Active leisure centre and allows access to the following activities:

  • Unlimited use of the gyms
  • Casual and programmed pool sessions (excluding lessons)
  • Group fitness and virtual studio classes
  • Racket sports
  • Activity booking seven days ahead

The usual price for this is £37.99 per month, however, with the discounted NL Collective membership, care workers will be able to access this for £29.99 per month.

NL Collective members are free to cancel their membership at any point, not having to serve a minimum period. To set up a NL Collective account, it will need to be completed at a NL Active leisure centre site with the care worker completing a Direct Debit Mandate, with payments to be taken monthly on the 1st of every month.

Photo identification, proof of address and evidence from your employer that you are employed within the care sector, along with a recent wage slip will also be required when setting up a membership and monthly Direct Debit.

Care Friends App

Earn points while helping employers to recruit with the Care Friends App

Domiciliary care workers in North Lincolnshire working for one of our framework providers may be able to earn points when helping their employers to retain and recruit to their workforce thanks to North Lincolnshire Council.

By sharing their employer’s vacancies with friends and family via the Care Friends App care workers can start earning points immediately, adding to the point total as their friends and family progress through the stages of recruitment and into employment.

Points mean pounds and once enough points have been accumulated they can be cashed in! Every point is worth £1 and as another way of thanking our domiciliary care workers on the framework we are even funding 25 points per employer per month to recognise their hero of the month.

For more details of how you may be able to benefit from this scheme please speak with your employer to see if they have signed up.
